QR Marketing & Analytics helps merchants create product QR codes and review scan analytics. This policy explains what information the app processes and how merchants can contact us.

Information processed

  • Shop domain and installation session records.
  • Product, inventory, and location information needed to create QR codes.
  • QR code settings, fallback URLs, channel labels, and scan events.
  • Technical request data such as timestamps, user agent, and approximate referrer.

Customer and order data

The app does not request protected customer data or order data. Scan analytics are stored for merchant reporting and are not used to identify individual customers.

Use of information

We use app data to provide QR generation, redirect handling, scan analytics, app security, troubleshooting, and merchant support.

Data deletion

When a merchant uninstalls the app or requests deletion, app data is handled through the required platform webhooks and support process.
